The course explains the basic principles in Data Science and the concept of Data Mining in Econometrics. In this context, is presenting and explaining the cornerstones in the historical theoretical development of the modern econometrics. General to Specific conceptual approach critically explain the Big-Data paradigm and co-integration concept lie at the basis of analyzing current determinations in the Romanian and European economic context. The emergence and basic principles of intelligent techniques in economic modelling are explained and the design and limitations of Monte Carlo experiments in econometrics follow. The fundamentals of cryptography are further explained together with their main applications in blockchain technology.
