Strategy and OperationsThe objective of the course is to analyze the fundamental legal concepts related to the performance of commercial activities, as well as the principles of law governing the business environment. The course also describes the main aspects concerning the conclusion and the performance of contracts – specific legal instruments for business relations. This course mainly includes an introduction, aimed at the analysis of fundamental legal concepts, as well as the classification of contracts, the formation of the contract, specific civil sanctions, performance of the contract and specific rules governing certain special contracts (sale-purchase contract).
