The lecture Conflict Management and International Negotiation has the main objectives to examine the relationship between conflict and negotiation, to explore how personality and temperaments influence negotiation styles and techniques, to analyse the link between personality and conflict management styles etc.
This applied course will provide each student with different perspectives to negotiating strategies, tactics and practices around the world. More specifically, it will provide each student with “hands on” experiential learning and practical opportunities applied to different contextual settings.
